Days Actors' Appearance in Atlanta

“Days of our Lives” actors to appear at charity events to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association in Atlanta.

“Days of our Lives” actors James Scott (EJ, pictured), Galen Gering (Rafe), Eric Martsolf (Brady), Shawn Christian (Daniel), Wally Kurth (Justin), Matt Ashford (Jack) and Patsy Pease (ex-Kim) will be in attendance.

The Days Charity Events will take place on Friday, April 27 and Saturday, April 28, 2012 at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel Atlanta. The weekend will start with a “Kick Off Party” on Friday at 7 pm, where some of the actors may attend. Then on Saturday, the Questions and; Answers Session will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the Meet and Greet will be held from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM and the Cocktail Reception will be held from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Soap Opera Digest has reported that Days of Our Lives is bringing back Justin Kiriakis in the form of Wally Kurth. Wally was last seen in Salem back in 1991. First, Crystal Chappell is returning as Carly, now Wally is back as Justin. Could Judi Evans be far behind as Adrienne?

***UPDATE: Well, this dream of mine won't be coming true, as Judi has signed onto As the World Turns, and her scenes will begin airing in August. Darn! ***

And speaking of the Kiriakises — this is the perfect time to bring back Lawrence (for Carly) and Vivian (for every Days fan).

Days/GH Vet to Join ATWT

Actor Wally Kurth, best known to audiences as Ned on General Hospital and Justin on Days of Our Lives, has signed on to play the character of Sam on As the World Turns. His first airdate is Wednesday, November 28. Since being bumperd to recurring status on GH in 2005, Wally has kept busy with a show on SoapNET called 1 Day With ... - where he spent a day with a soap star.

While I am glad to see Wally returning to daytime television, I was hoping to see him rejoining on-screen wife Judi Evans on Days of Our Lives -- since her character returned to Salem earlier this year. However, I won't fuss -- I'll take him wherever I can get him. And I'm sure ATWT will put him to good use!
